From design to systems

I spent 8+ years in design and marketing, delivering more than 1,500 projects for clients across the US, Europe and Asia. Over that time I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses invested in great-looking marketing, then lost leads because nobody replied fast enough, follow-ups slipped and teams were buried in repetitive admin.

So I moved into AI and automation. Today I build the whole system: the ads and pages that bring the right people in, and the AI assistants and automations that reply instantly, qualify leads and book appointments while the business owner gets on with their work.

Who I work with

Three rules behind every project: no hype, speed over slowness and work before money. You get a clear plan first, small working pieces go live fast, and everything is handed over running and explained in plain English.

Tools and platforms I work with

I build on the tools small businesses already use or can easily adopt, so nothing is locked to me: Zapier, Make and n8n for automation; GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Airtable for CRM and pipelines; OpenAI and Claude for AI assistants; Twilio for calls and texts; Cal.com for booking; Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics for marketing and measurement; and Slack for team alerts.

How I write the guides on this site

The guides on the blog and the industry pages follow the same editorial rules:

• Topics come from real questions US small-business owners search and ask me on calls
• No invented statistics, client stories or results; examples with numbers are clearly labelled as hypothetical
• Claims about laws, platform rules and policies link to official sources such as the IRS, FTC, HHS, the ABA, Google and Meta
• Compliance topics (HIPAA, texting rules, legal ethics) include caveats, and no guide is legal, tax or medical advice
• Guides are updated when platforms or rules change, and the updated date is shown at the top
